LUBRIPLATE L0135-063 is a chain and cable aerosol formulated to penetrate into links, pins, bushings, and wire-rope strands, then set up into a tenacious lubricating film that helps reduce friction, wear, and stretch. It provides protective performance against rust and corrosion and is designed to resist sling-off and wash-off, making it well-suited for industrial and commercial maintenance on conveyor chains, sprockets, hoists, cranes, winches, forklifts, overhead doors, and other exposed drive components. This product is commonly selected as a replacement or upgrade chain lubricant where a penetrating start and adhesive finish are desired.
To use, clean the component if heavily soiled, shake the can thoroughly, and spray evenly while rotating the chain or rolling the cable to encourage deep penetration; allow the carrier to evaporate before placing the equipment under load. Reapply based on operating conditions and exposure. As a flammable aerosol, use only with adequate ventilation and keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames; do not puncture or incinerate the container.
