Back Ordered - The manufacturer is out of this product. Availability can range from a couple days to several months. Contact us for specific back order availability.
Discontinued - The product is no longer available and the manufacturer has stopped producing the product. If a replacement is available we will list it on the product page.
In Stock - The product is in stock at our location or available to ship direct from our supplier.
Drop Ship- The product will be shipped direct from the manufacturer. Lead time is typically a day or two.
Special Order - The product has to be ordered from the manufacturer prior to shipping to you. Special order parts typically take about a week to ship but can take several weeks. Contact us for a specific product lead time. Orders for special order products may not be cancelled if Moving Up Garage Door Company has already ordered from the manufacturer on your behalf. Special order products are not returnable. No exceptions.
