The Hormann HS1 Hand Remote 315MHz is a compact, single-button handheld transmitter designed to operate compatible Hörmann garage door and gate operators that use the North American 315 MHz radio standard. Ideal as a replacement remote or an extra transmitter for households or facilities, the HS1 provides straightforward one-channel control to open, close, or stop a door or gate when paired with a matching Hörmann 315 MHz receiver.

This HS1 315 MHz model is intended specifically for Hörmann systems using the 315 MHz frequency and is not compatible with Hörmann 868 MHz BiSecur or 433 MHz remotes, nor with other brands unless a Hörmann 315 MHz external receiver is installed. Typical setup involves placing the operator’s 315 MHz receiver into learn mode and then pressing the HS1 button to complete pairing; always follow your operator or receiver manual for exact programming steps and safety instructions. Suitable for residential or light commercial applications, the HS1 should be used only when the doorway is in clear view and kept out of reach of children, in accordance with garage door operator safety guidelines.
