The Xcluder 3" RodentBlocker Bottom Seal is a heavy-duty door-bottom weatherstrip engineered to stop rodents and insects from entering under overhead and garage doors. The integrated Xcluder barrier resists gnawing while sealing gaps to help keep out drafts, dust, light, and water. It serves as a direct replacement upgrade for worn weather seals on many sectional, roll-up, and dock doors that use a 3-inch bottom retainer, supporting both residential and commercial applications.

Built around Xcluder’s proven rodent-resistant core of stainless-steel and poly fibers encapsulated in a tough, weather-resistant jacket, this rodent-proof bottom seal is designed for long service in wet or dry conditions across seasons. Installation is straightforward: slide it into a compatible 3-inch retainer, cut to width, and trim as needed. No poisons or traps are involved, and the barrier is non-toxic. For safe handling, wear gloves to avoid contact with the embedded fibers. This replacement overhead/garage door bottom seal helps improve energy efficiency while providing a durable exclusion solution for mice, rats, and other pests.
