The Genie Model 3020 ReliaG Pro Series is a DC-powered garage door opener offered in chain-drive or belt-drive configurations for residential sectional doors. Delivering 3/4 HPc performance, it provides dependable lifting power for everyday use and makes a practical upgrade or replacement opener. The chain option offers traditional strength, while the belt option delivers smoother, quieter operation. The system is designed for standard 7 ft doors, with an optional extension kit available for many 8 ft doors.
Engineered with GenieSense monitoring, the 3020 continually checks operation and helps protect the door and opener by adapting to changing conditions. Safety and security features include the Safe-T-Beam non-contact reversing system and Intellicode Security 2 rolling-code technology, along with Auto-Seek Dual Frequency (315/390 MHz) for reliable remote performance. It is compatible with in-vehicle HomeLink and Car2U systems and supports app-based control when paired with the optional Aladdin Connect smart controller. Typical installation uses a standard 120 VAC, 60 Hz outlet, and setup is completed via onboard programming buttons to set travel limits, force, and to pair remotes/keypads. The ReliaG Pro 3020 works with Genie Intellicode accessories, wireless keypads, and additional remotes to suit most residential applications.
