Other than the $454.04 price difference, what is the difference between these two listings (please see the links below)? The one listing states "Head Only", yet it still also mentions other things (Includes: Complete opener motor head, remote, wall control, safety sensors and all installation hardware). I see "one piece rail assembly" in the other listing (which I don't see in the less expensive listing), so is that piece $454? I'm trying to understand why there's a $454.04 price difference for what appears to be the same unit. The only difference is the more expensive product includes the rail assembly. Because of the length of the rail assembly they have to ship LTL which is why the price is so much higher.
