This edge channel is intended for sectional door applications commonly found in warehouses, service bays, and loading docks. It is supplied in a continuous length that can be field-cut, fastened to the bottom of the door, and outfitted with the OES edge extrusion, end components, and connection hardware (sold separately). For proper operation, connect the completed OES edge to a compatible LiftMaster operator’s monitored edge input and configure the control to recognize a monitored optical edge per the manufacturer’s instructions, then test the system to verify detection and reversal. The OES-5104 is channel-only; the sensing edge kit, optical components, and wiring are required for a complete, compliant installation.
