The Linear ACT-31C MegaCode Single-Channel Custom Block Coded Key Chain Remote (ACP00939) is a compact transmitter designed to operate Linear/Nortek garage door openers, gate operators, and access control receivers that use the MegaCode format. This single-button keychain remote sends a unique, factory-programmed ID at 318 MHz to activate one device or relay, making it a dependable replacement remote or an additional credential for residential or commercial access systems using Linear MegaCode technology.

The ACT-31C is the custom block-coded variant, factory-programmed within an assigned code block to support dealer-managed and community-controlled credentialing. Enrollment is typically done at the receiver or controller using its Learn/Program button; when a site is configured for block-coded credentials, the remote must match that block code to be accepted. There are no dip switches to set—the unique transmitter ID is stored in the receiver’s memory—and an indicator LED confirms transmission. Operating on 318 MHz, it is compatible with Linear MegaCode-format receivers and operators (e.g., many MGR/MDR-type radio receivers and MegaCode-enabled garage door and gate controllers) and is not compatible with Linear Delta-3, Multi-Code, Security+, or other non-MegaCode systems. Always follow the programming instructions specific to the target receiver or access controller.
