Compatible with Linear Multi-Code 300 MHz radio controls.

Does it work with a Chamberlain garage door opener model 1245R
The Linear 1090 receiver will work on your LiftMaster 1245R. You will need 300MHz Multi-Code remotes and a wiring harness for it to be functional.

Technical Tip: Universal Remotes

Models like the Chamberlain KLIK3U or LiftMaster 380UT can work with Multi-Code, but they do not have physical dip switches. You must use a "Step-and-Set" programming method to simulate the 10-switch code.
